Hello and Welcome.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Child Educator & Mindset Coach. I help people to use the power of their own minds to overcome and alleviate stress, phobias, habits, anxieties and limitations in order to live a more fulfilling life. My therapy clinic is based in Northumberland and is easily accessed from the A1 but I also offer online sessions.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, with lockdowns, homeschooling, and isolation from family, friends and society, I have seen an increase in the number of women & children needing support to manage stress, anxiety, worrying thoughts and behaviours, low mood, self-sabotage and lacking confidence and self-belief.

CBT, Mindfulness and Hypnosis can really help to support mental health and well-being.

In 2018 a study by the Mental Health Foundation found us to be a stressed nation, and this figure is expected to have risen, intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic.

I use a unique integration of three proven modalities; Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Mindfulness. This integrated approach together with your input during sessions will help you achieve successful therapeutic outcomes. You will also learn transferable coping skills, that can be implemented across different areas of your life.

As a Hypno-CBT® Therapist I combine psychotherapy, mindfulness & cognitive behavioural therapy with hypnotic imagery. This approach uses both “talking therapy” and action-focused behaviour therapy to create deep, powerful and rapid change.

My aim is to work collaboratively with you, helping you to uncover negative thinking, and unhelpful feelings and behaviours; in order to modify your thoughts into more positive self-talk, regulate your awareness and focus your attention. Together we will find the best techniques that will work for you and help you to maintain successful outcomes in the longer term.

I use imagery to stimulate your imagination. Visualisation with hypnosis can be particularly powerful and beneficial. You will also learn how to use self-hypnosis techniques, to continue with your own progress and development beyond the therapy room.

The shift in your overall perception allows you to gain control and cope with life situations more effectively, helping you to achieve your therapeutic goals.
