What to Expect
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve never experienced Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy before. Many people arrive feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to expect — and that’s completely understandable.
My role is to provide a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported throughout the process.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, clinical hypnosis and nervous system regulation techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns whilst creating meaningful, lasting change.
Every treatment plan is tailored specifically to you and your individual needs. Whilst some clients experience positive shifts early in the process, therapy is not about quick fixes or simply masking symptoms. The majority of clients choose to work with me for approximately 8–12 sessions, allowing us the time and space to create deeper, more sustainable emotional and psychological change.
Your Complimentary Consultation Call
Your free 20–30-minute consultation call is an opportunity for us to connect and discuss what has been bringing you to therapy, what support you are seeking, and whether we feel we are the right fit to work together.
This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, how sessions work, and what support may look like moving forward
Your First Session
Your initial session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment, clinical questionnaires, therapeutic goal setting, and your first treatment session.
This allows me to develop a clear understanding of your experiences, challenges and goals so that therapy feels personalised, structured and clinically appropriate from the outset.
Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing therapy sessions are held weekly and last approximately 60 minutes.
Sessions are designed to provide a supportive yet structured approach, helping you develop practical tools, emotional resilience, self-awareness and long-term coping strategies whilst working towards your therapeutic goals.

Initial Assessment & Therapy Session (90 minutes) — £125
Ongoing Therapy Sessions (60 minutes) — £100
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session fee.
As appointments are in high demand, providing notice allows sessions to be offered to clients currently waiting for support. Thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration.
