A technique I use with Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a proven evidence based treatment known as ‘systematic desensitisation’ which includes exposure to your fear initially in your imagination using visualisation and deep relaxation techniques.
We add in hypnosis to gradually build your self belief and confidence to face your fears in real life. We will work through the various stages at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
