Lorraine is a very calming influence. Her voice is firm, gentle and soothing. I felt confident and able to sink into a relaxed state, whilst absorbing all that she said. I think it is a true gift to be able to relax an individual in that way; especially someone feeling as vulnerable as myself. I admit that I was somewhat sceptical about hypnosis before undergoing treatment, never imagining that I could be helped as much as I was. It proved to be an empowering, enlightening and liberating experience and one that I can thoroughly recommend.
